Oración para el matrimonio – Shadi Joy Toloui

Shadi Joy Toloui hace una preciosa canción de una oración para el matrimonio escrita por ‘Abdu’l-Bahá. La oración en castellano es esta:

¡Oh mi Señor, oh mi Señor! Estos dos astros brillantes están desposados en tu amor, juntos en el servicio a tu Sagrado Umbral, unidos en la atención de tu Causa. Haz que este matrimonio sea como una hebra de luz de tu abundante gracia, oh mi Señor, el Todomisericordioso, y rayos luminosos de tus dádivas, oh Tú, el Benéfico, el Siempre Dador, que de este gran árbol crezcan ramas que se vuelvan verdes y florecientes por medio de los dones que descienden en tus nubes de gracia. En verdad, Tú eres el Generoso; en verdad, Tú eres el Todopoderoso; en verdad, Tú eres el Compasivo, el Todomisericordioso. (‘Abdu’l-Baha, Seleccion de los Escritos)

O my Lord! O my Lord! These two bright orbs are wedded in Thy love, conjoined in servitude to Thy Holy Threshold, united in ministering to thy Cause. Make Thou this marriage to be as threading lights of Thine abounding grace, O my Lord, the All-Merciful, and luminous rays of Thy bestowals, O Thou the Beneficent, the Ever-Giving, that there may branch out from this great tree boughs that will grow green and flourishing through the gifts that rain down from Thy clouds of grace. Verily, Thou art the Generous. Verily, Thou art the Compassionate, the All-Merciful.
